About Your Visit: Payment Policy

Medicare

We will submit your Medicare claim for you and payment will come directly to us. After Medicare pays, you will receive a statement showing your charges. Secondary insurance will be automatically submitted for you if you have given us the insurance information. Any amount due will be billed to you.

Commercial Insurance

We will submit your insurance claim for you and payment will come directly to us. Any balance due will be billed to you.

Medicaid

We will submit your claim for you and payment will come directly to us. We accept the Medicaid amount as payment in full. If Medicaid requires you to pay a co-pay, it is due at the time of your appointment. You must present your Medicaid card when you check in at our front desk.

Involved in Litigation

You are financially responsible for your care and are billed at the time of service. Once a litigation settlement is made, you will be reimbursed for the payment you made to us for your care. Please discuss any inability to fulfill this obligation with the Patient Financial Specialist in our Billing Department. She can be reached by calling 308-455-1215.

No Insurance

If you have no insurance, you will be responsible for the medical services rendered. A $50 preliminary payment is due at the time of the appointment. However, even if you do not have insurance, we have payment options to help you. Please contact our Patient Financial Specialist at 308-865-5058 for arrangements.

If insurance information is not provided, the patient will be billed.

We accept VISA, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard in addition to check and cash payments.
