X-Rays
An x-ray is a test that produces images of structures in the body, particularly bones. We have two digital x-ray machines run by licensed Radiologic Technologists. They specialize in comfortably positioning you to take the x-rays your provider needs to evaluate your condition. The x-rays will be available right away for you and the provider to review together. If you already have x-ray imaging done, please bring them with you to your appointment.
MRI
An MRI is another test that produces images of structures in the body, but highlights soft tissues like tendons and ligaments. We have a 1.5 Tesla MRI that is certified by the American College of Radiology. This certification process evaluates the quality and safety of the MRI machine and the staff running it. The MRI images will be available right away for you and the provider to review together. If you have already had an MRI, please bring it, and an MRI findings report, with you to your appointment.
